What is the Effect of Intervening SHINBARAM on Teachers' Satisfaction in Korean Language and Culture Centers in Which a Korean Missionary is a Leader?

چکیده

Many Korean missionaries worldwide serve the local community by demonstrating leadership through language teaching. This paper aims to understand influence of transformational (TF) and transactional (TS) on teachers’ job satisfaction (JS) in Language Culture Centers (KLCCs), with shinbaram (SH) as a ethnic factor intervening variable. research used Structural Equation Model (SEM) method analyze 133 samples KLCC teachers 23 countries. The findings showed that TF did not significantly JS, but it have an effect SH intervention. In contrast, TS directly influenced JS significantly, although not. other words, if was implemented KLCCs, could be improved only when applied organizational culture. Also, this study confirms JS. These results demonstrate role social psychological energy strengthening non-profit educational organization whose leaders are missionaries, such KLCCs.
